1. License and Access

• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or server architecture.
• Use the service for high-volume automated bulk processing without an appropriate API license.

2. User-Generated Content and AI Processing

Our service allows you to upload images and generate modified visual content (“Generated Content”).

• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the images you upload. You warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use the faces and images you upload to our Site.
• Rights to Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Facyra grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, download, and share the Generated Content for personal and commercial purposes (depending on your subscription tier).
• Prohibited Content: You agree to strictly abide by our Content Policy. You must not upload images of public figures, minors, or unconsenting individuals in a manner that creates defamatory, explicit, or misleading content (e.g., non-consensual deepfakes).

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials and AI-generated outputs on Facyra’s website are provided “as is”. Facyra makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Facyra, Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials and AI features on Facyra’s website, even if Facyra or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Facyra’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors.
